In a resealable bag, squish together balsamic vinegar, sugar, rosemary and generous pinches of salt and pepper. Pierce steak randomly w/ a fork and add to bag. Refrigerate 15 minutes or up to 12 hours.
When ready to eat, preheat grill to medium.
Grill steak 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
