Preheat oven to 375 and spray a 2 qt casserole dish generously w/ nonstick cooking spray.
Drain cannelloni beans and add to casserole dish. Drain thawed green beans; set aside.
Cut each chicken thighs into 4 pieces and add to casserole dish.
Stir into casserole baby carrots, baked beans and barbecue sauce (everything except the shoestring potatoes and green beans should be in casserole dish.) Mix well and cover w/ foil.
Bake for 1 hours stirring once during baking.
Uncover and stir in drained green beans.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle top w/ shoestring potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes or until potatoes lightly browned.
