In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat for 5-9 minutes or until beef cooked through and no longer pink.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 and generously spray a 9×11 baking pan w/ nonstick cooking spray. Place 4 of the tortillas on the bottom of the prepared baking dish covering the bottom of the pan (rip if necessary.)

When beef cooked through, remove from heat and mix in about ½ of the can of enchilada sauce and half of the cheese.

Top tortillas with half of the beef mixture, half of the beans and drizzle with 1/4 C of enchilada sauce. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.

Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
