Preheat oven to 350 degrees and generously spray a 9x11 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place 4 of the tortillas on the bottom (ripping if necessary.)

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked and no longer pink (5-9 minutes.)

When beef cooked through, remove from heat. Stir in half the can of enchilada sauce and half of the cheese.

Spread beef mixture evenly over top of the tortillas in bottom of prepared baking dish. Spread half of the beans on top and drizzle with half of remaining enchilada sauce. Repeat layers and finish with remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
