About 15 minutes before making pie, pull blackberries out of the freezer and start thawing.
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet w/ foil and spray w/ cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine sour cream, flour, sugar and salt. Add blackberries and gently stir to combine.
On a flour working surface, lay out pie crust and flour top of crust. Roll crust out a bit.
Dump blackberry mixture in the middle crust. Wrap the crust around edges creating about a 1-inch lip around the edges capturing all blackberry juices.
Cook for 50 minutes (if top crust becomes too brown, cover w/ foil) or until crust browned and blackberry mixture bubbly.
