Preheat oven to 425.

Place carrots into gallon resealable bag. Add oil, salt & pepper; seal bag and squish to mix well. Pour into sheet pan.

Roast for 25 minutes, shaking midway through baking.

Toss w/ brown sugar hot out of the oven before serving.
