Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place 1/4 C butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish; put baking dish into oven baking until butter fully melted. When butter fully melted, swirl pan so butter coats bottom of pan.

While the butter melting, put crackers in a gallon re-sealable bag and smash crackers with an rolling pin until crumbly. Pour into a shallow bowl.

Add to the shallow bowl, parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir to mix.

In a second, shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk until well combined.

Cover pork chops first w/ cracker mixture, then the egg mixture then back to the cracker mixture. Then lay into the prepared baking dish.

Cook for 30 minutes; then flip chops another 30 minutes or until chops cooked through.
