Preheat oven to 425. Cover baking sheet w/ aluminum foil and spray w/ nonstick cooking spray.
Place chicken in re-sealable bag (or between 2 pieces saran wrap) and pound w/ a rolling pin to thin the breasts a bit (¾ to ½ inch.) Place on prepared baking sheet.
In a mug, combine mayo and parmesan; spread on chicken and top w/ bread crumbs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
