In a large bowl, melt butter (microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.) Add graham cracker crumbs and mix well. Stir in sugar and peanut butter. Press into prepared pan.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave (microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth.) Spread evenly over peanut butter.
Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving.
