Meanwhile, in one shallow bowl, pour milk. In a second shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Dip turkey in milk, then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing if necessary to cover.

Cook turkey for 4-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
