Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Meanwhile, in one shallow bowl, pour milk. In a second shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Dip each cutlet in the milk, then into the breadcrumb mixture (pressing if necessary to cover.)
Cook turkey for 4-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels before serving.
