Night before eating, make paste w/ liquid smoke, garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt in a small bowl. Rub over brisket. Wrap w/ foil and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and insert slow cooker liner.
Sprinkle meat w/ pepper and place in slow cooker. Pour Worcestershire over meat.
Cook on medium setting for about 8 hours or until brisket cooked through.
Remove brisket and let rest on a cutting board for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, skim fat off of remaining liquid in slow cooker.
Slice brisket and serve drizzled with remaining beef juices.
