Spray a large saucepan w/ nonstick cooking spray and cook chicken cubes over med-high heat until browned and cooked about halfway through (about 5 minutes.)

Preheat oven according to cornbread twist package and spray a baking sheet w/ nonstick cooking spray.

Once chicken cooked half-way through, add mixed vegetables, broth, soup, Italian seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Meanwhile, lay cornbread twists on baking sheet. Roll half of the strip of dough in a circle then adding a second one after the first one to make a larger spiral. Bake according to package directions.

To serve, spoon chicken mixture into bowls then top w/ cornbread spirals.
