Preheat oven to 350 and generously spray a Bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare cake mix according to box directions and pour into prepared cake pan.
Bake 45 - 55 minutes or until cake baked through.
While cake baking, unwrap candy bars and put into a resealable bag. Smash w/ a rolling pin or heavy spoon until crumbly.
Remove cake to a wire rack and let cool 10 minutes. Slide a knife around cake edges and flip pan over removing cake to the cooling rack. Let cake cool completely on wire rack.
When cake cooled, move cake to serving plate or cake stand. Gently pour caramel sauce over top. Sprinkle w/ crushed toffee reserving about 1/2 C.
Plate each piece of cake w/ dollop of whipped cream sprinkled w/ remaining toffee pieces.
