Mix all ingredients except for steak in a gallon, re-sealable bag. Seal and squish to mix before adding steak and marinating for at least 2 hours (up to overnight.)
Take steak out of the refrigerator. At same time, preheat grill by turning all burners to high.
Preheat grill for 10 minutes before oiling grates. Cook steak for 4-5 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 4-5 minutes or cooked until desired doneness.
Remove steak from grill and tent w/ foil.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
