In a large resealable bag combine soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire, ground mustard and garlic. Seal and squish to mix. Add chicken and squish to mix well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes up to 12 hours.
When ready to eat, preheat grill to medium (about 350 degrees.)
Drain chicken and discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken w/ salt and pepper and grill for 5-7 minutes before flipping and cooking another 4-7 minutes or until chicken cooked through.
