Preheat oven to 350 and spray a large loaf pan w/ nonstick cooking spray.

In a resealable gallon bag, add 3 cups of the tortilla chips. Seal and smash w/ a rolling pin (or heavy spoon) until crumbly. Continue smashing chips until you have 1 cup crushed chips. Add to a large mixing bowl.

In a large bowl, add chips. Mix in meat, cheese, onions and taco seasoning. Mix well.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs. Whisk in milk and taco sauce. Pour into meat mixture and mix well.

Press meat mixture into prepared pan and pour strip of taco sauce down top.

Bake for 45-60 minutes or until cooked through and browned on top.

Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
