Preheat oven to 350 and generously spray 3-qt rectangular baking dish w/ cooking spray.
Place handfuls of tortilla chips in resealable bag and roughly break up chips w/ rolling pin or heavy spoon until have about 5 C of roughly crushed chips. Sprinkle 3 C of them in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spray a skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray and brown the pre-cubed chicken on high (3-5 minutes;) pour into a large bowl.
In a large bowl, combine browned chicken, salsa, corn, sour cream and flour; spoon over tortilla chips.
Baked, uncovered for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle w/ remaining 2 C tortilla chips and the cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes or until heated through and cheese melted.
