In a small bowl, zest about 1/4 of an orange until have about 2 t of orange zest. Mix in five-spice, brown sugar and 2 t kosher/sea salt. Mix well then rub onto steak.
Heat 1 T oil in large cast iron skillet (or other large skillet) over med-high heat. Add steak cooking about 8 minutes until well browned.
While steak cooking, cut oranges in half.
After cooking for 8 minutes, flip steaks.
Add oranges, cut side down, around steak.
Cook oranges for 5 minutes or until browned; continue cooking steaks until cooked to desired doneness, around 3-8 minutes.
When steak cooked through, remove to a
cutting board and let rest about 10.
While steak resting, add broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender and slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Transfer broccoli to serving bowl and squeeze 2 browned orange halves on top. Add 2 T sesame oil, sesame seeds and generous pinch of kosher/sea salt. Toss to mix
Slice steaks into thin strips.
Transfer steak to a platter and place broccoli on the side.
