Over a small bowl, zest 1 orange or until have about 2 t zest. Mix in five-spice, brown sugar and 2 t kosher/sea salt. Rub on both sides of steak.
Heat 1 T oil in large cast iron skillet (or other large skillet) over med-high heat. Add steak cooking 7-10 minutes per side or until steak well browned and cooked until desired doneness.
While steak cooking, cut oranges in half.
Add cut oranges, cut side down, to the skillet during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
When steak cooked to desired doneness, remove from heat and place on cutting board. Let rest 5-10 minutes.
While steak resting, add broccoli to the skillet. Cover and cook until broccoli slightly browned and tender (about 5 minutes.)
Transfer broccoli to serving bowl. Squeeze 2 browned oranges over top. Add 2 T sesame oil, sesame seeds and a generous pinch of kosher/sea salt. Toss to mix well.
Slice steaks into thin strips.
Serve steak slices with broccoli on side.
