Preheat oven to 350; generously spray a Bundt pan w/ nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, add cake mix, 1 egg and 2 egg whites. Whisk to mix well.
Drain pears over the same mixing bowl adding the pear juice to the batter. Whisk to mix well.
Roughly chop pears and add to batter. Mix well.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until baked through.
Cool for 10-15 minutes before flipping on a wire rack and dusting w/ confectioners’ sugar.
