Preheat oven to 425.

Meanwhile, cut the ends off of the asparagus and place in 15 x 10 baking pan.

Over a mug or small bowl, zest the lemon (should be about 1 T.) Add in the garlic, olive oil, and season w/ salt and pepper.

Drizzle mixture over asparagus and toss to coat.

Roast 8-13 minutes or until baked to desired doneness.
