Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 3-qt rectangular baking dish generously w/ nonstick cooking spray.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown; drain fat.

Add sloppy joe seasoning mix to the pan. Add ingredients directed on the package except use ¾ C water. Add corn and bring to a boil.

Spoon meat mixture into prepared baking dish and top w/ 2 ½ C cheese. Open biscuit package and spread biscuits over top of cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits cooked through.

Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
