Spray a slow cooker w/ nonstick cooking spray and insert a slow cooker liner.

Cut each apple into 8 wedges. Set aside.

Cut about 8 slits into pork tenderloin. Slide apple wedges, cut side down, into the slits of the pork tenderloin (should be wedges left over.)

Lay half of the leftover apple slices into the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle ¼ C of the honey over the apples on the bottom of the slow cooker and lay the pork tenderloin on top. Pour apple juice over the pork and sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with remaining apple wedges and drizzle remaining honey over top.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours (depending on size of tenderloin.)

Slice pork and serve pork topped with cooked apples and drizzled with sauce.
