Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place a slow cooker liner in the bottom.

Trim fat off ribs if necessary and place in the bottom of slow cooker (may need to cut rack to fit.)

In medium bowl, mix barbecue sauce, sugar, Worcestershire and cayenne pepper if desired. Refrigerate ¾ C of sauce and pour remaining sauce over ribs.

Sprinkle ribs generously with salt before covering and cooking on low for 7-8 hours.

When ribs tender and falling off bone, preheat broiler and line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper.

Remove ribs to prepared baking sheet and baste w/ reserved sauce.

Broil until ribs browned and crisping on the edges (can also use grill.)
