Spray a slow cooker w/ nonstick cooking spray and insert slow cooker liner.
In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, dressing and soy sauce until blended.
Put pork in bottom of slow cooker and pour cranberry mixture over top.
Cover and cook on low 4 ½ to 5 ½ hours.
Remove meat and tent to keep warm.
Over a small saucepan, zest about 1/4 of the orange, creating about 1 t zest. Add slow cooker liquid and orange juice.
Heat orange juice mixture over high heat and whisk in cornstarch or flour. Heat until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Slice meat and serve drizzled w/ sauce.
