Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and insert a slow cooker liner.
In a small bowl, mix allspice, salt and pepper and rub all over pork loin. Place in slow cooker.
Over that same small bowl, zest about 1/4 of the orange to get about 2 teaspoon zest. Mix in mustard, honey and onion flakes. Pour over roast. Sprinkle cranberries on top.
Cook for 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high. Pork should be tender but not falling apart.
Remove pork and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes.
Serve pork drizzled with sauce remaining in slow cooker (skim fat off top if needed.)
