Spray slow cooker w/ non-stick cooking spray and insert a slow cooker liner.
In gallon, re-sealable bag, add ¼ C flour, ground mustard, pepper blend and seasoned salt. Seal and shake to mix well.
Add 2 chops at a time and shake well to coat. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 2 T oil over med high heat. Add chops and sear on both sides.
Put pork chops in slow cooker and pour broth over.
Cook on low for about 3 hours or until meat tender.
Remove pork chops and tent to keep warm. While pork is resting, remove slow cooker liner with juices. Cut a small hole in the corner of liner and pour broth into small saucepan.
Whisk remaining ½ c flour with the remaining broth. Cook over over high heat until thickened (about 1-3 minutes.)
Serve chops drizzled with thickened sauce.
