Smash cloves of garlic with side of a knife and add to a 10-inch skillet.

Add the cauliflower and broth to skillet and bring to a boil over high heat

Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter mashing a bit. Season to taste.
